Are you tracking comebacks?

Comebacks is that dreaded word that nobody likes to hear in the industry. It's not always technician error; sometimes it's a part failure. Either way, it costs you money. You need to be able to track this. There is a comeback report in Mitchell 1 that allows you to track all of your comebacks. You can note a comeback under the status box on your work in progress screen, and enter the original invoice number. This will allow you to track all comebacks, and it will help you drill down the parts that are failing.
